Last season I fished the Aurelia beat on the Rio Grande. Upon arrival I was immediately made to feel welcome by the excellent staff and guides.
The river also greeted me nicely with my first two fish taken on the surface on a floating
Green machine.
During my week I had all types of conditions but never a blank day.
What surprised me the most was how well the floating lines and small flies worked there.
I would highly recommend Aurelia and can't wait to get back there this winter.
