Venison Processing

We hope your hunting party had a successful season! Now that the gun deer season is over, it's time to decide what to do with your venison. Have your venison sausage made by award-winning sausage makers! Bring in your clean, boneless venison trimmings anytime during our regular store hours. Please use clean, food grade containers to store your meat. No appointment is necessary. 

We will also continue to accept whole deer for processing or food pantry donation through the late muzzleloader, antlerless, and bow seasons.

Wild game orders are processed first-come, first-serve. We thank you for your patience. Due to our high quality standards, the volume we process, and the Christmas season, venison sausage orders may take up to four months to complete. We will again begin processing custom venison orders after January 1.
