Director's Message
Dear Friends of Our Lady of Prompt Succor,

The month of December can hold for us many moments of delight and wonder. But often we get caught up in the busyness of preparing for Christmas, with shopping, wrapping presents, planning meals and purchasing ingredients, planning trips or preparing to welcome guests, etc. I recently read a suggestion that we take time during our first cup of coffee or tea in the morning just to savor it – the aroma, the taste, the feel of warmth from the steam on our faces and as we hold the cup. May these few moments of delight help us to notice and enjoy other moments our God gives us each day.
The time of Advent reminds us that our God is called Emmanuel, God-with-us. May Mary help us to discover the many ways God is present – helping us, loving us, inviting us to bring this love and joy to the people in our lives.
Our Lady of Prompt Succor, help us to receive and to share the gifts of Christmas!

Our Lady of Prompt Succor, hasten to help us.
