We are in service to you at our Pranic Healing Clinics. Our clinics are a free offering to the community to extend a feeling of good will and healing energy to all who attend. Pranic Healing alleviates difficulties associated with ailments ranging from asthma, arthritis, cancer to addictions, depression and phobias. It is an effective no-touch, painless, healing art that acts as a powerful catalyst to spark the body's inborn ability to repair itself. You will receive a complementary twenty minute session from one of our experienced healers. To serve everyone fairly, no requests for specific healers can be honored. You will be seen on a first-come first-served basis; Reservations are not accepted.

Pranic Healer's Certification Program
Pranic Applications along with Pranic Healing of San Diego is pleased to announce the Pranic Healer's Certification Program. The primary goal of this program is to provide in-depth training not only in the Pranic Healing principles, but also the practical healing skills leading to an internationally accepted certification established by Master Choa Kok Sui through the Institute of Inner Studies in Manila.
The purpose of this training is to cultivate confidence, proficiency and a high standard of Pranic Healing skills. There are several levels of Pranic Healer's Certification, each level requiring higher proficiency and skill training.
The Associate Certified Pranic Healer, the first level is comprised of three steps:
1. The completion of Pranic Healing, Level I (Basic), Pranic Healing, Level II (Advanced Pranic Healing), and Pranic Healing, Level III (Pranic Psychotherapy)
2. The completion of 25 Pranic Healing cases: 10 simple cases, 10 advanced cases and 5 pranic psychotherapy cases, all supervised and validated by a Mentor.
3. Completion of a comprehensive book exam.
If you are interested in becoming an Associate Pranic Healer, and achieving a higher degree of confidence and proficiency in your healing, then this program is for you. As a result you become a member of an internationally recognized and accepted group of certified Pranic Healers.

The Power of Gratitude
The holiday season is now upon us, filled with many traditional rituals and gatherings of observance. Everywhere in the world, there are celebrations and festivities being held. This is also a season of deep Gratitude for all the blessings that we receive, seen and unseen.
Gratitude is a very important Virtue that Master Choa emphasized again and again. It is a key to the receiving and giving of Divine Love. So, I want to share a few thoughts about the power of Gratitude in our Pranic Healing sessions.
As Pranic Healers we express our Gratitude in our invocations before beginning a healing session. This prepares our vehicles to receive the Divine energies that will combine with the air, ground and solar pranas we utilize during the healing session.
We also instruct our clients to practice Gratitude with affirmations, prayers or mantras of receptivity during a healing session. This opens their energy fields to become more porous and spacious to receive the healing energies and benedictions.
During the healing session, we frequently give thanks for this Divine energy in all its mysterious functions for assisting us as healers. This expression of Gratitude creates a surge of power that flows through us every time we offer up our thanks.
We again express Gratitude at the end of the healing session for all the Divine energies of Light, Love and Power that assisted us, guided us, and protected us. Again. the Divine energy seals our work, strengthens and empowers it, and sets in motion the continuance of the healing process long after the session is over.
All this Divine energy is wielded by the great Angelic forces, particularly the Angels of Healing. Just the knowledge and awareness that these Invisible Helpers enter the healing session with us is enough to bring us to our knees in Gratitude.
So, the power of Gratitude works within and through us as we engage in Pranic Healing. Master Choa gave us the teachings. He gave us the healings. He gave us the spiritual practices. Behind all of this stands our Beloved Master to whom we are most indebted and grateful. He opens the doors, he points us the way, and he beckons us to our spiritual destiny through our service to mankind.
We at Pranic Healing of San Diego wish for you a most magical, joyful, loving, and Spirit-filled holiday season. We are most grateful to serve you in the many capacities that we can. May all your deepest wishes and desires be rekindled and filled with God's Light, Love and Power to sprout, grow and flourish in the coming New Year.

MCKS Twin Hearts Meditation
at Pranic Healing

Meditation on Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation technique aimed at
achieving illumination or universal consciousness. It is also an instrument of world and community service that eventually harmonizes the earth by blessing it with loving-kindness, peace, joy and goodwill.
Please arrive by 6:45 PM for a brief introduction. Promptly at 7:00 PM, the doors will be shut and we will begin with some light physical exercises. Master Choa Kok Sui will guide us in blessing the earth with the Meditation on Twin Hearts which lasts about 30-45 minutes. The evening is free, love donations are gratefully accepted. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share their experiences.

Arhatic Yoga Meditations are powerful meditations that rapidly and safely accelerate the spiritual development of the practitioner. "Arhatic" derives from the word "arhat", which means "a highly evolved being." An Arhat is one who through diligent practice of yogic techniques and purposeful character building has overcome the impurities of desire and will. Please arrive by 8:45AM for energy purifying physical and breathing exercises. We will then begin our meditation at 9:00AM or shortly thereafter which will include one of Master Choa Kok Sui's guided Arhatic Meditations.
