"Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home." Edith Sitwell

'Tis the season for eggnog, holiday celebrations, and SNOW! This time of year we have to make sure to keep as active as possible. There are many fun things to do on the  Cape to keep busy when the temperature drops. It's also the time of year to stay as healthy as possible. Here are a few Health Tips to be more mindful of your winter habits and mood during the next few months.
Our homes also require some preparation for the frigid temps as well. Here are some  Winterizing Ideas you may want to check out. Some are simple enough to do yourself and others may require professional help. Depending on what your heat source is, they may save you a few dollars as well.
