Defeating the Deadly Double:
Diabetes and Depression
As part of the Virginia Health Care Foundations '(VHCF) Defeating the Deadly Double: Depression and Diabetes initiative, CrossOver was awarded a grant to increase mental health availability to our diabetic patients.

People with diabetes are 50% more likely to suffer from depression than people without diabetes.

The goal of this grant is to reduce the severity of depression in diabetic patients, so they can more fully engage in creating and complying with their treatment plans. This will lead to better outcomes for both their physical and mental health.

Thank you to the VHCF for making this possible!
As part of this initiative, CrossOver is hiring. If you or anyone you know is interested in this position please email your cover letter and resume to info@crossoverministry.org. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
