Defuse the past - ignite the present

DJ and artist Goldie had a challenging upbringing in care homes and foster families. As an adult, his journey of self-discovery and integration has helped and inspired thousands of people. In 2004, he attended the Hoffman Process. In January's New Year's Honours List, he was awarded an MBE for his services to music and young people.

In this 10 minute TED talk, Goldie gives thanks to a particularly dedicated teacher for helping him reach a
turning point . He shares the importance of finding mentors who are able to nurture self-belief and social engagement - especially for disaffected youngsters.

'The Hoffman pulls out all the fuses, defuses the bomb, gives you back the buttons and says, 'Go on, press them, see what happens', and you press them, and there's nothing happening! And you think, 'Wow' and understand where it was coming from... I've never looked back.' Goldie

Hoffman features on goop.com

Family written on stones
Inspired by accounts of friends having transformational life experiences at Hoffman, Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle blog goop.com decided to send a member of their team on the Process to find out more.

At our sister venue in California, journalist Kevin discovered that the choices we make contribute to the life we live;

"I learned that life is all about choices... You make choices all of the time, though most choices are just reactions. I'm choosing to live my life, and I've let go of the resentment that I felt. How I want to live, and how I want to be, is how I have to act - I just need to be my true self." Well said Kevin!

Four  top tips to clear the clutter...

Social entrepreneur, champion for women in business and best-selling author Gina Lazenby was part of the first Hoffman Process group here in the UK twenty years ago.

In this short video, she gives her four Top Tips on effective clutter clearing and explains why creating harmony and flow in your environment is essential for you to reach your full potential.

'I love the Process because it's such a great 'clutter-bluster'. The stuff that we inherit becomes our 'stuck' patterns of behaviour, but we may be missing what's very obvious to everyone around us. The Process acts as a psychological spring clean to create a healthier personal environment.'
