1pm to 5:00pm
2011 Barrel Fermented CHARDONNAY
This wine exhibits crisp elegant apple notes and is more redolent of the French Chablis style Chardonnay. The wine went through partial secondary malo-lactic fermentation which results in soft buttery undertones and light oak overtones. This dry and sophisticated chardonnay would easily partner with chicken, white fish or veal and mild cheeses.
2011 MÉLANGE BLANC
The wine exhibits tropical fruit aromas with citrus, pineapple and pear notes. On the palate, this is a light, easy drinking wine with characterized by tropical fruit flavors couples with hints of apples, pineapple and pear. The 2011 Mélange Blanc is a blend of 61% Chardonnay, 25% Viognier and 14% Petit Manseng.
2009 CINQ2
The wine exhibits dark berry flavors with some coffee and chocolate undertones married with layers of toasted oak together with a distinctive floral character lingering through the finish. The 2009 CINQ2 is a blend of five red varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (64%), Merlot (20%), Tannat (11%), Cabernet Franc (4%) and Petite Verdot (1%) grown in five separate vineyards. This wine pairs with grilled red meat, grilled turkey, dishes with red wine and rich sauces, strong cheeses, pâtés, bean dishes and stews.
