The New York Folklore Society invites you to a folk arts forum meeting, convening an evening Folk Arts Forum with a panel discussion, breakout sessions, and collective dialogue on the topic of "Democratizing the Arts Non-Profit Workplace." The program will present various perspectives approaching this topic.

Speakers include Kathleen Haughey and Andy Kolovos of the  Vermont Folklife Center; Selina Morales, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Folklore Project; Joe Rinehart, Cooperative Developer and Strategist; Jenna Peters-Golden, a Philadelphia-based member of the AORTA (Anti-Oppression Resources and Training Alliance) Cooperative; Maida Rosenstein of UAW Local 2110; and Lisa Rathje, Local Learning: The National Network for Folk Arts in Education.
