Very few people realize that of America’s 45 million medically uninsured people, a large majority visit their local community nonprofit health clinic when in need of care. These clinics are America’s real social safety net and operate on very low budgets, often with only the funds provided by local and state governments or their community foundation. Rarely are funds available to the clinics for routine purchase of medical supplies and equipment.

We never charge for the supplies we donate—and the urgency of need for them is great.
