Release 13.2 was implemented for Online CUs on October 6, 2013. Self Processing CUs can expect to receive this upgrade on November 4-5, 2013. Highlights from this release include the new targeted tiered services dashboard, a complete redesign of the service charge program, and enhancements to improve clarity when processing instant issue ATM/Debit and Credit Card Requests.
Once a CU*BASE release has been implemented, the documentation is available for reference on our cuanswers.com website. We keep it in a safe place for easy access. Catch up here:
