RETRO IS BACK!

McCall's invites Geraldine Randlesome to do a demonstration titled    " Retro is Back."

Geraldine has noticed that the colour trends for this year are soft pink and grey and that the 80's style of cake decorating, are coming back.

In her demo, she will cover a cake and decorate it using diamond and other markers to show their versatility and discuss their many uses for cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Geraldine will also show how cameo's can be used as a simple decoration, that can be enhanced with lace pieces or pearls for an elegant look.

Rain dropping will also be demonstrated (with no peaks), which is a test for an experienced decorator - Geraldine will show you the secrets. T ime permitting, she will demonstrate other techniques.

"Portfolio" is a book by Geraldine, showing  pictures
 of cakes for decorators to use as a sales tool, and will be given away free while supplies last at this demo.

"Simply Elegant", another book by Geraldine will also be available for purchase at that time.
