We removed the old rusted and broken steel railing, framed the existing steel substructure and installed new code compliant 42" Lincoln style vinyl railing. Site railing at all building entrances was upgraded as well. We were able to complete this 300-unit balcony renovation project 2 weeks ahead of schedule!
