Doodlebug: So Family, I have some questions re: the Process of the Budget. Here is what I understand: It goes from the CoM to Parliament, Parliament then hashes, hashes, throws some sandals, they argue, they read, they take a vacation day or 90, then they hash, throw and argue again until they read it through 2 times and then Vote.
Then, it goes to the President's Desk for his signature. He has 15 days to sign the Budget and then it becomes Law and then the Gazette prints it. So here are my questions:
1) If the President doesn't sign the Budget, does it automatically become Law on the 16th day?
2) If the President doesn't approve of the Budget, what does he do then? Is there a formal announcement of what he doesn't like and then it goes back to Parliament to hash, throw, argue all over again for the items that he doesn't like?
3) If the budget is approved by Parliament but then hangs out in "the halls" (or the rafters for that matter) what happens during this process?
4) If it is hanging out in the halls, what is it 'hanging there' for if the 9 Amendments that were added and were in question (7 were okay in the beginning the last 2 (oil) were worked out) are all okay?
5) The budget apparently was on the President's desk on the 17th or 18th...so did the 15 days kick in then?
So many questions sorry to unload what has been churning in my brain. Would love the help if you have the time, to help me understand better. Thank you kindly.

So we know the parliament is not too far behind also as they told us they will hold their first session on
Jan 7
th. The legislative part of the government is getting back to work.
So much news on the "project to delete the zeros" recently. As we know they told us recently there will be yet another phase implemented for this project and it will launch three new lower denominations and they plan to do it soon. We learn (and confirm) today that the merchants also know about this upcoming change and want it real bad. They are tired of over a decade of having to rush to the bank to exchange dinars for dollars to pay their debts. In fact they are jumping the gun and thus CBI had to come out with this news to clarify the change is not yet done. Why do the merchants want it real bad? How does the launching lower denominations effect them?

I felt comfortable doing so because they were the first to convince me that I was holding on to a currency that will make me a rich woman. At that time, they were selling VND currency. Today, BOFA told me that they are no longer selling/buying any of the three currency I queried about at that time.
So, I say oh really! She said, "Yaaaay!" So, I asked another pertinent question and was told well actually the VND is on the screen but there is a note next to it...HOLD!
