The trick is you can LOAD an IN Country QI card with set country rate,and pay bonuses, salaries, commissions, as they have different rates in different provinces, you can offset the exchange rate with more digital currency on the QI cards, and some get 1 rate and others get another rate.

Salaries in IRAQ can be paid on the cards at an RI/RV rate and USA can still HIDE the RATE and BLOCK it from PUBLIC access....

What we are looking for is the INTERNATIONAL SWIPES on the cards.

tyberious September 30, 2014 at 3:27 pm JC, you are getting closer. Once the FRN fails, people will be weary of any non-backed currency, therefore whatever rises to take it's place will be have to back by really money (Gold).

The BRICS are moving towards a Gold trade note for settlement and to underpin the BRICKS Bank, that is the reason for Gold accumulation. Europe has ceased Gold sales, while the US has none. The SDR is a failed Fiat Banksters dream. It is not going to happen.

When Deng Xiaoping arrived at Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington in January 1979, his country was just emerging from a long revolutionary deep freeze.

No one knew much about this five-foot-tall Chinese leader. He had suddenly reappeared on the scene after twice being cashiered by Mao, who famously described him as "a needle inside a ball of cotton."

But in 1979 he knew exactly what he wanted: better relations with the US. He and President Jimmy Carter appeared to be serious about resolving differences.

The Canadian dollar isn't looking great compared to its U.S. counterpart of late, but foreign governments are buying up more loonies to keep in their currency reserves - a vote of confidence in the loonie over the long run.

Alan Greenspan, former Chairman of the Fed, had an article entitled "Golden Rule - Why Beijing Is Buying" published in Foreign Policy, the journal of the influential Council on Foreign Relations in which he extols the virtues of gold as "universally acceptable."

Greenspan, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of the United States from 1987 to 2006, and a key architect in the global financial crisis, points out that if the world's largest gold consumer, China, used a portion of its massive $4 trillion foreign exchange reserves to buy enough gold bullion it could displace the U.S. as the world's largest holder of gold bullion.

Parliament encourages economic privatization

[BondLady] what we've said all along so did shabibi, build up the private sector that would support state projects

[tlm724] to submit draft laws developed and the trend towards privatization within the program government,

[BondLady] don't just rely on oil and they had in some ways like agriculture an water etc... infrastructure stuff electric, sewage

[BondLady] these things do help but they had like 140 factories, huge plants not small stuff. the problem was the state owned and operated them all, then they basically stopped or almost

Fighting ISIS : Thriver reported activists say ISIS militants beheaded nince Kurdish fighters, including three women. They were captured in clashes near the Syria - Turkey border.

US military conducts 3 airstrikes Tuesday and Wednesday against ISIS targets in Syria. Airstrikes in NW Syria destroyed an ISIS vehicle, artillery piece and tank. Separately US and UK jets carried out five airstrikes Tuesday and Wednesday against ISIS in Iraq.

Three airstrikes NW of Mosul targeted two armed vehicles, an occupied building, and two fighting positions. Two other airstrikes destroyed several ISIS vehicles near the Haditha Dam and NW of Baghdad
