Russia & China Work To Create New SWIFT System

End Of Dollar? Russia And China In Works To Create New SWIFT System

On Sept. 10, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov of Russia announced that Russia and China are in the works to create an alternative replacement to the long-standing SWIFT system, and end for good the dollar as the sole reserve currency in the global financial system.

The SWIFT system was created in 1973 in Brussels, Belgium to coincide with the Petrodollar agreement made between Henry Kissinger and the House of Saud (OPEC) that same year.

On Sept. 18, the Chinese opened a new public gold exchange that will serve as both an alternative and competitor to the Western backed gold market.

But unlike the U.S. Comex and London based futures markets, China's Shanghai exchange will be dedicated to cash and carry gold buying and selling, and will accelerate the day when the U.S. no longer controls the spot price of precious metals.

The next phase in acceptance of the Chinese Yuan as the future global reserve currency is taking place tomorrow as Chinese bank analyst Liu Dongliang reported on Sept. 29 that Europe will begin direct trade with China using the Yuan and Euro as compatible currencies going forward.

In a move that reflects the work done earlier this year by 23 nations to install currency swap lines to handle the Chinese Renmimbi, Europe appears ready to dive right in and create a new trade partnership that is expected to be beneficial for both the Eurozone, and Chinese markets.

On Sept. 30, statistician and economist Dr. Jim Willie was a guest on the Caravan to Midnight radio show to talk about current financial, economic, and geo-political events.

During his three hour interview, Dr. Willie stated that one of the purposes behind China's creation of the new Shanghai gold exchange is to eventually take over global price controls for the monetary metal away from the Comex, and then force a global currency reset by raising the price of gold to its true or actual value.

WE HAVE REPORTS THAT PARLIAMENT IS PLANNING ON HAVING THE BUDGET VOTED IN BY THE 14TH OF OCTOBER TO MEET SOME TYPE OF DEADLINE/GOAL.

I know you understand this is an educated guess. We have a possible target date of Monday / Tuesday.The Chinese are going to push the reset button and the BRICS nations are joining together and once they have their own SWIFT capability, then adios amigos!.
