[BondLady] and that the cbi was working on this to stop the loss an get back the gains of the iqd

[BondLady] he still said it was 1200 something

[BondLady] we knew in order to rv
[BondLady] they had to dry up the biggest part of the 000 that was in iraq

Well 3S room, I'm sure everyone is trying to figure it out, (the date and rate) DON'T. What we do have is theories, and LOTS of them. One that comes to mind is, "it will happen late in the first quarter of next year" or "Governments from around the world want this before year end" and of course, "today or tonight"

And not one of them is wrong, 'why' this is why: A theory is this, "a looking at, viewing, beholding", and referring to contemplation or speculation, as opposed to action.
