February 7 Pay Debt Deadline .. IQD Will Enter The Forex Market U.S. Congress asked to pay their debts currently totaling 17 trillion before Feb. 7. According to the U.S. Treasury secretary, Jacob Lew in a letter to Congress to raise the ceiling before Feb. 7, otherwise the U.S. will come back legally. Many expected that the U.S. will go bankrupt before 14 January, but they can be a capital injection in the 1 trillion. Unfortunately it was not enough value for their ever-increasing debt and the U.S. do do something before Feb. 7. There is an expectation that a large capital injection will appear shortly (by flotation dinars). That's why our money is expected to fall to a level equivalent to 3.60 usd 1 ringgit later this year. Because the U.S. economy will be stronger after this. Their currencies to rise. But provided that their debt is settled, and cash capital injection will be injected trillions of dollars into the U.S. economy. It all depends on the increase IQD itself. If not, they will not have a significant cash value to be obtained in the near future.

The Ministries of Justice and Women in Iraq: report by Human Rights Watch inaccurate Serious allegations being reported by the Human Rights Watch against the Iraq prison system regarding the mistreatment of incarcerated women. The Ministries of Justice and Women has responded stating the report is basically inaccurate. They have formed a committee to look into any claims, but other than overcrowding issues they have found no basis the claims. Inmates have rights to file suit if they feel they have been abused. The Ministry of Labor sets deadline for concessional lending
The Labor Ministry has designated Feb 16 as the final day to apply for "soft" loans.....this sounds to be like unemployment "loans" or monies for those unemployed to be able to afford food.

[Tlar] The CBI announced that the new dinar and the old dinar will both be circulating in Iraq for two years after the change. The CBI told us numerous times what will change is the nominal value which is defined as the exchange rate.
The FC [Finance Committee] told us that they will delete the LEADING zeros. LEADING zeros are not found on the currency, they are only found on the exchange rate.
The FC in three articles told us they wrote the 2014, and estimated the 2015 and 2016 budgets based on 1.16 dinars equal one US Dollar. Doing the math that's 86 cents per each dinar or deleting the zeros. If this is truth then they can't open the 2014 budget without changing the value of a dinar to 86 cents.
For instance, a budgeted program or project that is earmarked to get 1 million dinars at 1.16, value is earmarked to receive 860,000 USD equivalence in dinars.
