The King and His Four Wives
There was a rich merchant who had 4 wives. He loved the 4th wife the most and adorned her with rich robes and treated her to delicacies. He took great care of her and gave her nothing but the best.
He also loved the 3rd wife very much. He's very proud of her and always wanted to show off her to his friends. However, the merchant is always in great fear that she might run away with some other men.

Maliki announced the zero hour
Nuri al-Maliki on Sunday issued an order to enter the army and police and security services on high alert, starting on Monday until next Thursday, in a proactive and uncaused. A security source said a senior Agency (UR), (c), did not explain the reasons for declaring a state of high alert. He explained that the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, is to move the regiment's tactical counter-terrorism force to the city of Najaf, and ordered them stationed there for a week.....And earlier reports indicated that al-Maliki sent 500 an element of its security forces to the siege of Najaf, home of the leader of the Sadrist movement, in the wake of a meeting which brought together Alhanana opponents of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

Everyone has to understand, NO ONE can come out and tell exactly what will happen in the FUTURE.
We all need to read between the lines, one for one means exchanging higher denoms for lower ones at a one for one exchange. Every RV in history is tiered, depending on numerous factors, different people will get different rates. With the RV, they will release terms of the RV.
So, NO ONE will know if, or how long rates can be locked, but our group has been given assurances of high rates for whole group.
