Many years ago I wrote my original Seven Stages of Debt, as modified from the Five Stages of Death and Dying by Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.

Both experiencing the emotional loss of a loved one and the emotional loss of your financial life are similar in some distinct ways. However, the emotional stages of debt also have two additional components that a mortal death does not. And these stages are almost magical as they can lead to a new and better life for you.

When I was going through my financial troubles I distinctly remember passing through all the stages below. And in helping thousands and thousands of people over the years to deal with their financial issues I've clearly witnessed them passing though these same stages as well.

Couple of good things in this article...at the beginning we have been talking about them getting control of the monetary policy and also the exchange.....having the banks exchange...This is the next step....one of the things a bank can do that the Central Bank can't do is you have to prove to a bank who you are and where you are taking the money.....at least who you are...Eventually they can have the rules to say where you are taking the money similar to what we have here in our country for terrorism purposes....they can enact all of these laws and get those going....we are in next stage of this...and basically what they are going to do is let the banks participate based on the amount of capital they have which makes sense...you want them all to have enough skin in the game so they don't overdo what they are doing....and it doesn't entice somebody to come in and put out more dollars and take back more dinars than they have to....basic good rules

car bombing at a market in central Iraq killed eight people on Wednesday and three others were murdered in Baghdad, the latest in a spike in nationwide unrest ahead of Shiite rituals.

The violence came a day after a series of attacks across Iraq killed 38 amid preparations for ceremonies on Friday to commemorate the birth of a key figure in Shiite Islam.

In Wednesday's deadliest attack, a car bombing in the town of Zubaidiyah at 9:15 am (0615 GMT) killed eight people and wounded 37 others, a security official and a medic at a hospital in nearby Aziziyah said on condition of anonymity.

The medical official said a child was among the dead, and women and children were among the wounded.

About a dozen shops were badly damaged by the bombing, an AFP correspondent at the scene said, adding that security officials imposed a vehicle curfew on the town in the aftermath of the attack.

Mohammed said, "that in February 2007 was agreed to approve the draft law of oil and gas agreement provided if it does not pass a law within three months after February then both parties have the right to organize oil contracts with foreign companies without restriction or condition of the other party."

Baghdad (AIN) : The Head of the Iraqi National Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafari discussed with a number of representatives of the political blocs within the INA the completion of the previous discussions in order to reach a united and clear political view concerning the current political problems.

A statement by the Jaafari's Office cited on Wednesday "Jaafari headed, on Tuesday, a third meeting for the Political Reforms Committee related to INA where the meeting discussed completing the earlier talks to reach a consensus in respect to the current issues and to tabulate the different points according to its priorities to be discussed in the coming tour of meetings with the other political forces."

It is worth to be mentioned that the NA has formed on June 26th a committee comprising the representatives of its constituents in order to correct the political process.

The authority said in a statement received / JD / copy of it: assure the honorable citizens enrolled in the residential project Basmajh pay their premiums through the banks in Iraqi dinars allocated for this purpose.

The statement said: The payment of installments will be in all branches of the Trade Bank of Iraq TBI, identified as one branch of the Rafidain Bank and another in good. And the statement that the bank will take care of business transfer to the amounts to the dollar at the official rate and the Central Bank of Iraq.

Baghdad (AIN) : The Spokesperson of the Iraqi Government, Ali al-Dabbagh, announced that "The Council of Ministers assigned Thursday session to discuss and approve the Supplementary Budget of 2012 at a total amount of IQD 10,875 trillion."

Dabbagh mentioned in a statement that "The Supplementary Budget has been distributed according to the necessary priorities, IQD 2 trillion were allocated to the Ministry of Electricity's projects, 1, 4 trillion for the Ration Card, 1 trillion for Defense Ministry and IQD 830 billion as compensations of Kuwait War."

Baghdad : The World Announced that the parliamentary finance committee, said Tuesday that the 2013 budget next year will be the new currency after deleting three zeros from the current currency, arguing that the reluctance of traders and companies from trading in Iraqi currency behind the adoption of the Central Bank of the project to delete the zeros.

Said committee member Najia Najib said in an interview for "Alsumaria News" that "the budget next year will handle the new currency after deleting three zeros from the current currency," stating that "the process of switching the currency and delete zeros will take approximately two years after the preparations for the process that began more than a year".

Iraqi government to create 40,000 new jobs July 4 2012

The government has decided to create 40,000 new jobs as part of a new supplement to this year's budget.

The budget discussions were the main theme of a cabinet meeting early this week in which allocations for various sectors were revised due to an expected surge in oil revenues estimated at $10 billion.

Government spokesperson Ali Dabbagh said the cabinet approved the budget in which government spending takes a priority.

He said the budget will only go into force when it is ratified by the parliament.
Electricity is to take the lion's share followed by food purchases for the country's rationing system and then defense.
