She said: "until the end of July last year, 55 percent of funds earmarked for World Bank projects in Iraq, in addition to other funds will be disbursed by the end of 2012.

Historian: I have a couple of things for you today. I have an e-mail to respond to as well as a couple of links. One with an article, one with a video. Both of which may have been floating around the Dinar world this week. All of which is not interpreted properly.
This is further to discussions I've had over last few weeks in particular to the changing in banking and finance system. Something that I expect to see occur at some point.
Question ..... I'm sure the PTB do not plan to lose. This is in reference to saying that the existing system does not want to be removed because they are going to lose a lot of benefits from that. In some way the alteration of the system to change to asset backed currencies must be done in such a way that those in power somehow stay in power , that is has been tried, the switchover from the old system to something else, people have tried to refuse to be part of the existing system and has run into problems.
How can this happen worldwide when the idea has had such an end when tried ? . There must be a struggle much larger than we can image and they will not lose their grip.

Gary (PTR): Decisions are being made overseas that are acting like this is complete. We do have people at a number of locations who have been contacted by banks saying that it is time and they are negotiating to move forward with those people.
The banks are preparing on different levels and everybody started moving into positions at different locations over the weekend and on Monday were prepared and believing this is complete.
We had news that Christine Legarde was over here and dealing with some very key issues. We also are aware that there were a number of other commitments made and money being moved. I know in the news Fox even talked again about a global release and there were going to be some announcements.
So everybody was eager and waiting and I believe every one of them was referring to the global currency change. So all of a sudden we have an issue. I've heard that one issue was dealing with a currency that is in the basket. Some people had some challenges with that one currency and they are going back through some things and correcting the issues there were with that one currency and it was not the one we are looking at but was one of the others. But it is close.

8-15-2012 4aprofit: I've always said that you dont spend time or money like Iraq has done...voting on, deliberating over, going before Parliament, etc., with all the issue's of/about their money, the zero's, etc.
If you know something is heading into the crapper, let it go, forget it, let the case be closed and move on. They've had appx. 10 years to tank this stuff, while things were much worse over there, and if they have'nt by now...why not?
On another note, if it was a doomed currency, and/or a scam, as some call it...why have'nt they simply let it float and just see where it ends up, instead of keeping it at an artificially controlled rate? (What value is there to hide..as per locking it in at a rate that cant even move, as per the true markets values?).

The independent Iraqi news agency / Baghdad : Said the Iraqi Central Bank seeks to reduce the use of cash (CASH) in the country, because of geography and the challenge of security issues that make the transfer of money within the country is difficult and risky.
The bank said in a statement carried by (and independent Iraqi News Agency) "heading efforts to automate the processes of settlement of checks and payroll systems, and activate the automation of electronic card, to keep more cash in bank accounts."

Moussawi said, according to the Agency (news): You should think about how to liberate the national economy from unilateral rentier based on oil revenues to a robust economy based on different economic sectors before coming towards the implementation of an important project affects the economy of the country both in terms of positive or negative.
He added that implementation of the project to delete the zeros of the three by the central bank without a feasibility study will develop the national economy in a dark tunnel and the uncertain future no one knows the results, confirming that the project does not help to support the economy and raising its standards, but support comes through the activation of the private sector and the various economic sectors, and then think about replacing the currency.
MPs call for attention to agriculture and livestock in the country

Baghdad / range : called the Agricultural Committee in the House of Representatives need to pay attention to the agricultural sector and livestock in order to contribute in solving the unemployment crisis in the country.
