Our 226th Diocesan Convention will be held 
Friday and Saturday, November 4 and 5, 2016, 
at St. Luke's Church, 99 Peirce St, East Greenwich

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4 at 6 p.m.  -  CONVENTION EUCHARIST

This year's Diocesan Convention will begin on Friday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. with the Convention Eucharist, The Rt. Rev. W. Nicholas Knisely, Celebrant. Our guest preacher for the service will be Bishop Jeffrey Williams, pastor of the King's Cathedral in Olneyville, the Rt. Rev. Dr. Williams holds degrees from Brown University, Gordon-Conwell Seminary and the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. 

The Eucharist will be followed by a reception hosted by Bishop Knisely and his staff, and time to socialize with friends from around the diocese. 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5 at 9 a.m.  -  CONVENTION CONTINUES

Convention continues Saturday morning, with check-in at 7:30 a.m. and light refreshments provided by the Episcopal Church Women, followed by business sessions beginning at 9 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend Convention. All are welcome to attend and listen. Canonically-resident clergy and elected and certified parish delegates have voting privileges. 

How to Register

All those who are attending on Saturday need to register in advance. The registration fee includes the cost of lunch.

Please coordinate your registration with your parish leadership to avoid duplicate registrations. Pay careful attention to which ticket type you select when registering. The ticket price will rise by $5 the week before convention, so register now!
