The Power of Pranayama

Breathing is both conscious and unconscious; it is also the link between our unconscious and our conscious Self.  
Pranayama is the practice of controlling, or regulating, the breath for the purpose of consciously directing your Prana (life-force energy.)  

Breathe in the opportunity to recharge your energetic vitality, overall well-being and become more aware in the present moment.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
