On winter days, we here at the LEDC sometimes find ourselves dreaming of warm suppers and slippers. We would like a show of hands of cooks who tend to put on their favorite footsies and head to the kitchen to cook up some deliciousness. (We see you with your hand raised there!) Anyway, dig deep into your freezer or cupboard for all those stored up goodies from the weekly Farmers Market and cook up your favorite soup. Soup warms the soul and we all need that in the middle of February. This week is market week and it will help top off those recipes with great market fare. If you haven't visited our Pinterest page yet, we have lots of recipes pinned to our Farmers Market Recipes board. In the mean time, eat soup and dream of spring.
