With the holidays behind us and the cold weather upon us, warm days at home are tempting -- but there's a ton of opportunities for year-round fun, festivity and even fitness in the heart of Portland.
Have you checked out Shift Portland yet? This one-on-one and small group training studio opened on Market Street in October and it's getting buzz for its highly personalized, super-friendly approach to personal training. Just in time for the New Year, Shift Portland is offering free evaluations to those interested in personal training or classes. Classes (limited to 4 people) are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9am -- and the first class is free! For more information, click here
