Where your thoughts go, you go. It sounds nice, but how are we supposed to do it? I want to give you an easy way to begin to change your thoughts. Whenever your thoughts start to drift out of control, I want you to think about the word GO.

GO: Two simple letters can change your thinking.

G - I want you to start to think about  gratitude. This is a great way to focus on what Paul said-the true, ad- mirable, pure, praiseworthy, and lovely things. So think about what you can be thankful for. Instead of getting caught up in things you can't control, think of how you can be thankful for what God has done and is doing.

O - Also, you can focus on  others. Even if it feels dif- ficult, even if it sounds strange, I want you to just try switching your mind to looking for a way to encourage others. If you feel insecure, give someone else a com- pliment. If you feel stressed, think of how you can serve someone and alleviate their stress. As you shift your thinking toward them, you may be surprised at how your thoughts about  you change.
