Serrano on Wednesday invited El Paso business leaders and government representatives to visit Juárez and take part in the city's rebirth after being shattered by years of drug violence.

"If we join forces of both cities, we can achieve much more than alone," said Serrano, the keynote speaker at the El Paso Central Business Association monthly luncheon at el Camino Real Hotel in Downtown El Paso.

Serrano was given the Keys to the City from City Reps. Emma Acosta, Lily Limón and Larry Romero on behalf of Mayor Oscar Leeser. This was Serrano's first official visit to El Paso and he addressed the historic relationship between El Paso and Juárez as two neighbors on the border with a common heritage and a common goal.

Respectfully,
Emma Acosta - City Representative District #3
& the District 3 Staff
