| District Authorizer Notice of Intent deadline June 15 Has your district considered becoming a district authorizer of charter schools? If your district plans to apply in 2015, a notice of intent must be filed with the Washington State Board of Education by June 15. It's a non-binding notice of intent, but a district must file the notice before applying. The District Authorizer Application is also available on the SBE website.
