The Early Bird registration deadline is a few days from now. If you haven't yet registered, do so now by clicking here before the cost goes up after February 15th.

The South Pacific District Conference is held at The Grove Community Church, Riverside, CA. Conference is a wealth of vital information for your church and your leadership. It's a time of encouragement and motivation for the days ahead, and it's a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and create new ones with those in ministry throughout our district. Invite your church members, staff and leadership team to be a part of this conference! We look forward to seeing you in April.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Every conference we provide breakout sessions led by people experienced in their field. Sessions are designed to help, equip, and encourage you in your ministry. Some topics in the works include:

CHURCH PLANTERS
Southwest Church Planting (SWCP) will be offering Breakout Sessions on Church Planting and Raising Up Leaders. They'll also be hosting a Church Planters Dinner on Tuesday night of the conference. When you register, make sure to indicate you'll be attending the Tuesday night dinner.

Whether you're planting solo, as a couple or just considering planting, this is for you. Don't miss these opportunities to hang with like-minded people and be encouraged.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY WORKERS & YOUTH MINISTRY WORKERS
Tim James, District Youth Ministries Coordinator , and Jess Bolet, Children's Ministries Coordinator, have some great things in store for Children's and Youth Workers at the Conference.

Don't miss this great opportunity to attend the Children and Youth Workers Breakouts on Tuesday! Imagine... encouraging events you don't have to plan! Come hang out with your tribe, you'll be glad you did.

For those Workers' attending the Tuesday afternoon Children/Youth breakout sessions, Tuesday night's dinner will be provided at no cost, but you'll need to register for the breakout session to receive your name badge & meal ticket. Seating is limited so register now.

If you're a Children's/Youth Worker attending the Conference, we've arranged a reduced rate for you. If this is you, make sure you select Children/Youth Worker on the registration form.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Rates include full breakfast with hot buffet, parking, wifi and in-room refrigerator and microwave. Rooms are $119 a night. Block will be released and rates will go up after March 30.

ABOUT CONFERENCE MEALS
REGISTRATION FOR THE FULL CONFERENCE INCLUDES:

  • Water/coffee throughout the Conference

NOTE: Tuesday dinner is NOT included in registration but meals will be available for purchase on site.

ABOUT DRINKS:
Water and (non-specialty) coffee will be provided througout the conference. The Grove's Coffee Bar (specialty coffee and tea) and Fountain Drinks will be available for purchase during the Conference.

I'M NOT ATTENDING CONFERENCE BUT WANT TO BE A PART OF THE BANQUET/LUNCHEON:
  • Monday Night Banquet-To attend Monday night banquet dinner, you'll need to register for Banquet Only on the registration form. The cost is $20.
  • Women's Luncheon-If you're NOT attending Conference and want to attend the Luncheon on Tuesday, the cost is $15. Complete the registration form and select Women's Luncheon on Tuesday.
  • Men's Luncheon-If you're NOT attending Conference and want to attend the Tuesday Luncheon, the cost is $15. Complete the registration form and select Men's Luncheon on Tuesday.

GROUPS HOSTING DINNERS ON TUESDAY NIGHT:
  • Youth and Children's Workers attending Tuesday's breakouts will receive a complimentary meal on Tuesday evening. Registration is required to receive your meal ticket so we can be sure to have enough food for all attending.
  • Church Planters/Those Exploring Planting - Southwest Church Planting (SWCP) is hosting a complimentary dinner for you on Tuesday night. Registration is required so we can be sure to have enough food for all attending.
