The Syracuse City School District has agreed to pilot the Coaching Boys Into Men Program, which is a violence prevention program for coaches designed to inspire them to teach their young male athletes about the importance of respect for themselves, others, and particularly women and girls.

There has been much national media attention around the issue of domestic violence this week. Many have asked, "Why do they stay?"  However, as Vera House Advocate Meaghan Greeley explains in this video, we should be asking, "Why would one choose to hurt someone they say they love?"
