survey confirms this hunch. According to their 2017 data, millennials spent an average of $1300 on socializing and attended 37 events, a steep increase compared to fall and winter. And 62% of respondents said they're more spontaneous and adventurous in summer, despite the impact it has on their bank account.

Kacey Roach officially started True Chiefs in November of 2017 when she screen printed graphic tees with her designs, which she then took to sell at the Luther Pecan Festival where all vendors, music, food and art were local.
One of her short term goals is to grow her current list of clients. She also hopes to start selling her t-shirt designs online and in local shops. In the future, she would love nothing more than to get to do her passion full-time. She hopes to continue doing graphic design services and selling screen printed goods online, and one day, even possibly open her own store.

During his time at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado,
Kyle
participated alongside his peers in a community bank simulation. Kyle stepped up as CEO for his group's bank.
Over the two week period, each fictitious bank operated similarly to a real community bank by setting goals, making loans, meeting regulatory compliance, and so on.
Kyle and his group's bank won "Best Bank" in their community!
Their strategy was simple - be consistent and conservative. Kyle said, "We were the only bank in our community to raise its credit rating from a C to a AA rating, meanwhile suffering the least amount of regulator violations."
