John Bruinsma is joining us again with a demonstration on senior fitness. John has worked with older adults for over five years in St. Joseph County. As the Senior Services Navigator at Saint Joseph Health System, John coordinates the Senior Fit program, offering six free exercises programs in Michiana.

There is no charge for this program, although donations are accepted.

A women's brunch and workshop

Relationship conflicts are hard to solve when our own hurt gets in the way.

Seasoned therapist and skillful storyteller Esther Gendelman, MS, LPC, CPC, co-author of the wonderful book, The Missing Peace*, will be joining us in South Bend for a 2-hour intensive workshop with valuable coaching strategies to help us cope with our own interpersonal challenges so that we, too, can find our missing peace.
