April 2018

Donate your bike to charity April 22
Donate your used or unwanted bicycles at Recycle Your Bicycle Sunday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shea Stadium at Redstone Park. Project ReCycle and the Metro District are hosting the bicycle donation drive.

Project ReCycle collects bikes, spruces them up and gets them into the hands of those in need. If your bike is broken, they still want it. Bikes that cannot be brought back to life will be taken apart and the parts can be used on other bicycles.

Volunteers wanted!

On Saturday, May 19 volunteers will team up to help keep Highlands Ranch beautiful. Volunteers are invited to participate in Renew the Ranch from 9 until 11 a.m. to clean up designated park and open space areas in the community.

Renew the Ranch is a kid-friendly activity. Groups, families, and individuals are all encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity for families to volunteer together and for high school students to earn community service hours required for graduation.

To volunteer, please contact Kari Larese at 720-240-4909 or  klarese@highlandsranch.org.
