On The Screen

Train to Busan & The Wailing - Dec. 22, 6:30pm
GE Theatre - Double feature presented by ICFS

Harry and Snowman - Dec. 27-30
GE Theatre - The story of immigrant Harry DeLeyer and the plow horse he rescued from slaughter.  Purchased in the '50s for $80 from the back of a truck headed for a slaughterhouse,  Snowman is lovingly groomed by rider/trainer deLeyer to become a champion jumper.

The Loving StoryDec. 27-30
GE Theatre - In 1958, Richard and Mildred Loving were arrested in Virginia for falling in love and marrying one another, a violation of that state's - sadly not uncommon - laws against interracial coupling. The couple's subsequent struggle for dignity eventually paired them with two young, ambitious lawyers, leading America to a historic landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision on interracial marriage.
