Schenectady Smiles Photo Contest
Enter Through July 27

Show your community pride by submitting up to five photos featuring the City of Schenectady in each of the following five categories: Category #1 - Diversity, Category #2 - Community Vitality, Category #3 - Natural Environment, Category #4 - Architecture/Urban Design, Category #5 - Businesses & Organizations. Submit via The Daily Gazette's website.

Winners will be chosen by a committee of community judges. There will also be an online voting component for the general public to vote for the People's Choice Awards. A Schenectady Smiles Awards Ceremony and Pep Rally will take place on August 17 at Schenectady City Hall. Rules & category explanations.

Hands-on fun for children entering kindergarten through 12th grade. Pre-registration is required. 

Meet a 22-foot-long T-Rex, tremble at a growling pair of dueling dinos, watch a dinosaur soar above you, and view a full nest of eggs ready to hatch. Discover 10 animatronic dinosaurs throughout the museum. Learn all about these prehistoric creatures in the dino dig site, fossil rubbing stations, and other discovery areas.
