The  Capital District Transportation Authority - CDTA's  new Electric City Trolley  is the best way to get around Downtown Schenectady, connecting you with Mohawk Harbor, dining, shopping, lodging and entertainment . This FREE service operates on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 4pm-1am. The trolley will provide service to 13 different stops every 20 minutes.  ROUTE MAP

Stockade Historic District  - Take a self-guided tour of the Stockade Historic District, New York State's first designated Historic District, and hear unique stories about the architecture and people who helped shape Schenectady's 350+ year history. A new video tour is also available.
