You must print (single sided) and MAIL in your forms/photos by 9/2/16 (See instructions below).
Once we receive your forms and process them, we will contact you to inform you of your appointment time between 10 AM and 5 PM. (Please leave this block of time open and available until you receive your appointment time).

AGE:
16 years or older (must be 16 by 12/31/16)
WHO:
We require all members to audition! We are looking for energy, smiles, excitement, positive attitude, interaction with others and the public, dependability and the ability to follow written instructions, verbal instructions and direction.
ATTIRE:
Please wear clothing and shoes you can move in, no bare feet or flip-flops. Please dress appropriately. Ladies show us your best hair and face. No chewing gum please.
POSITIONS TO FILL:
We will decide the position that best suits you!
- 10 UNMASKED COSTUMED CHARACTERS (Ladies Only)
- 5 VARIOUS MASKED CHARACTERS
- Masked Characters: You can try on mascot heads at the audition!
- 12 DANCER/PERFORMERS (Ladies Only)
- 12 DANCING COSTUMED TECHS/FLOAT PULLERS

We will call you to let you know that we received your forms and to give you your group audition appointment time for Saturday, September 10, 2016. Please be sure you check your voicemail and return our calls!
WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE AUDITION ON 9/10/16:
1. CHECK IN: Check in at the registration table at your scheduled appointment time. Be sure to show up with lots of energy, excitement and smiles!
2. INTERVIEW: Once you are checked in, we will go over your application to confirm dates then interview you individually.
3. AUDITION: You will be placed in a group for the audition.
- DANCING TECHS/FLOAT PUSHERS: We will be asking you to do some movement, light choreography, and to show us that you are comfortable moving, smiling, projecting a fun and friendly personality and interacting with others. Please provide technical background and experience if any.
- CHARACTERS: We will be asking you to do some movement, light choreography, and to show us that you are comfortable moving, smiling, projecting a fun and friendly personality and interacting with others.
- DANCERS: We will be asking you to do a more structured choreography audition. Some training needed for this position. Elementary, intermediate or higher level of dance welcome all while showing us that you are comfortable moving, smiling, projecting a fun and friendly personality and interacting with others.

Fittings
to be scheduled with the wardrobe supervisor in October and November prior to opening.
REHEARSAL:
- Thursday, November 17th, 2016 from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. ALL CAST (DANCERS, MASKED COSTUME CHARACTERS, UNMASKED COSTUME CHARACTERS AND DANCING TECH/FLOAT PULLERS)
Your attendance at rehearsal is required in order to perform your job duties.

There are a total of 17 performances. You will be asked to mark the calendar (see Audition Form) of dates that you will be able to commit to during the Downtown Summerlin Holiday Parade season. We expect a FIRM commitment from you as you will be contracted and expected to work based on the dates you provide. Preference will be given to those who can commit to most or all dates!
Call time is 4:30 pm SHARP to sign in and get ready.
Performance is from approximately 5:50 pm to 6:30 pm.
Pay is $10 for fitting, $20 for rehearsal, $30 for opening night 11/18, $20 per show (16).
Bonus of $100 for those who perform all 17 performances, fitting and rehearsal!
CAST: EARN UP TO $480!
