All seems so dark
For I cannot see
I am lost in the haze
A tricky maze

For where is the light
Against me is life
Devalued I see

A fault, for I cannot see
The dark seems to penetrate me
Bumps and bumps, the faults I see
And then you say of the gift of thee

The dark is light, one and the same
I must open my sight, and catch the light
That the gift is here, faith, no fear
To see fear with faith,
The catcher's mitt, of the brightest light

I see all as good, the God of life
For all is within and the very light
Now I see how to catch the light
For my way this day, is your gift, my life
And all that comes I see as bright
