SUBJECT:   Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) State Fiscal Year 2018 Project Priority List (PPL)
                     
Call for Projects
 
As part of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund strategic planning effort, we are in the process of identifying eligible wastewater projects and other pollution control/water quality activities for possible funding between SFY 2018 and SFY 2022. 
 
Projects eligible for financing include:
 
 
Wastewater Infrastructure Projects
 
  Water Efficiency and Conservation Projects 2060!
  Nonpoint Source Implementation Projects
 
  Aquifer Recharge Studies 2060!
  Land acquisitions necessary for construction or remediation

Water Reuse Projects 2060!
 
  Source Water Protection Activities
 
  Energy Efficiency Projects
 
  Subsurface Drainage and Wastewater Remediation
  Environmentally Innovative Projects 2060!
 

  Urban Brownfield Projects
 
  Habitat Protection and Restoration Practices
 
  Stormwater Projects
 
  Automated Meter Readers 2060!
 
  Green Infrastructure Projects 2060!
 
  Planning/Assessment and Monitoring Practices
 
 
Entities that meet OWRB's Affordability Criteria and projects with recycling and water reuse components and projects that mitigate stormwater runoff using green methods will be awarded additional ranking points and if funds are available may be eligible for subsidization in the form of principal forgiveness
 
Interested entities should submit the Programmatic Application Packet, from our website (link below), to the OWRB by March 14th, 2017.

Entities on the current PPL who wish to remain on the list need to only submit the items listed below.
  • a simple letter or email requesting to remain on the PPL for SFY 2018 or future years;
  • any updates to the project description, especially a new project schedule or budget;
  • the completed Environmental and Water for 2060 results portion of the Priority List Questionnaire for your project.
 
Completed documents can be emailed to Kathy Koon kathy.koon@owrb.ok.gov or faxed to her attention at 405.530.8898.
