  • Draft Text and Notice of Rulemaking Intent for Chapters 626, 631, New 653 Aquifer Storage and Recovery, and Chapter 4
  • Notice and Flyer for public meetings to be held to discuss these proposed rule changes, and adoption of the new ASR Chapter (we have these meetings prior to formally posting the rules)
