Help set-up and help families shop at Duke's Toy Store:
--Set-up the toy store on Friday, December 14th set-up 4:30pm to 7:30pm
--Help families pick out and wrap the toys for their children on Saturday, December 15th from 9:30am-6:30pm
Volunteers needed: 8am-8pm, see shifts below
Shift 1: 8am-12pm
Shift 2: 12am-4pm
Shift 3: 4pm-8pm
Be a sign-in/greeter person
Guide a family through the store as they get inspired to select their gifts for their kids
Gift-wrap the selected gifts and package them for delivery.

Deliver the gifts and enjoy time with the families:
This is one of the most important things that we do.
After the fun of collecting, guiding, and wrapping with the parents, the volunteers will personally deliver the gifts to the families so that we can pray for, love on, and get to know them. Even if the kids are living in a homeless situation with the parents, it is important that we can meet them and spend time. We want the families to know that this is not just a blind "give-away," but we actually care about them and want to see them joyful and in a stable lifestyle.
Saturday, December 22nd 9:00am to 5:00pm with two shifts available to work
9:00am -- 1:00pm first delivery shift
1:00pm--5:00pm first delivery shift
All of our volunteer opportunities are open for all ages. For the deliveries we will never send out a volunteer alone but instead we set up teams of people to go together to deliver the gifts. If a child comes to volunteer with their parent depending on the childs age we will be sure to set up the teams as well as the areas that we send the teams to as age appropriate for the volunteers. When regestering as a volunteer please let us know if you can speak spanish, if you are willing to be a driver and have a truck to transport toys in or if you have any other special cercumstances we should know when putting together the teams.
If you are interested in coming out to this event please pre-register with genesis@helpingallnations.com so that we know how many volunteers we can expect. Please include the name, age, and which date and which shift you are available to work for each volunteer. If you can help with more than one shift or day, or come in a different time block that is fine as well.
