"Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life" (Psalm 138:7).

Last weekend as Malinda and I and our two granddaughters Annabelle and Elliana were traveling to Lititz, PA for a week of camping with family, we were involved in an accident on the PA Turnpike. As we were ping ponging back and forth between the guardrail and the concrete barriers the camper rolled over, but it felt like the truck just came to a nice easy stop and stayed upright. As smoke was coming from the engine we were able to get us and the girls out of the vehicle. None of us had so much as a scrape or a bruise! By the grace of God we walked away and then stood back and watched the fire spread quickly and totally burn down both the truck and the camper. There is no doubt that God's hand was on us. He prevented us from being injured and enabled us to get out and away from the burning vehicle. God spared us as He has a plan for our lives and for those two precious little girls. I pray that we will continue to follow Him and His plan for us, wherever that may lead. Life's greatest joy comes from knowing God and living for him every day.
Thanks to all of you who showed concern and prayed for us last week. We ended up having a great week "camping out" at my son's home, enjoying dance recitals, baseball games, ice cream, and other "good stuff" with the grandkids. God is good!
The choir will continue to provide Anthems for the worship services throughout the summer months, but the practice schedule has been abbreviated. Practices for the remainder of the summer will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursdays on July 12th, July 19th, August 2nd, August 16th, and August 30th. Weekly practice will resume on September 6th. If you like to sing, now would be a great time to come and join our choir family.
