WALKER / BARRETT DEBATE ON WUWM 
Tune in Friday, May 25 at 8 pm  
Election 2012 Listen to the first debate between between Governor Walker and democratic candidate Tom Barrett, live on WUWM 89.7 or WUWM.COM, this Friday at 8 pm. Following the debate, WUWM's Ann-Elise Henzl will host analysis of the historic recall race. This debate is sponsored by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association.

Ask Me Another
Saturdays at 2 pm June 2 - August 25
Ask Me Another Ask Me Another blends brainteasers and pub trivia night with comedy and music. Host Ophira Eisenberg invites in-studio guests and listeners to stretch their noggins and enjoy witty banter and guitar riffs from the house musician Jonathan Coulton.

TED Radio Hour Each year, TED hosts the world's most fascinating thinkers who discuss the best ideas in technology, entertainment, design and much more. TED Radio Hour host Alison Stewart will take listeners on a journey through fascinating ideas, astonishing inventions, and new ways to think and create.

WUWM AWARD HIGHLIGHTS 
WUWM News and Lake Effect Honored with 25 Awards 
2011 Awards So far, the WUWM Newsroom and Lake Effect team have been honored with 25 awards for work completed in 2011. The honors include 15 first place awards from state and regional competitions.

The awards recognize WUWM's coverage of the major political developments of the past year, from policy shifts and protests to unprecedented recall elections. WUWM's journalists and producers were also honored for their environmental coverage, enterprising features and Project Milwaukee series. Listen to the award-winning pieces.
