A new restaurant, which will open at 6am with specialty coffees, and will offer
breakfast, lunch and dinner will call this beautiful tree filled 4.5 acre tract home. This property was formerly know as the Kurtz Nursery. They will utilize the existing 1,100 square foot house by adding a new roof, a new porch addition and patio seating that will overlook a coy pond. The existing outbuildings will be re-purposed as well. Additional landscaping will be added to the already tree-lined property. The owners plan to add family and holiday events. This property sits in the middle of Highway N, 364 and Highway K. MoDOT already has plans to improve the left turn lanes in both directions on Highway N at this location and access to the site will be rebuilt and moved to line up with other adjacent streets.

Officials with No Hunger Holiday are busy planning for the 2018 event, which marks the 28th Anniversary of the Thanksgiving Day-based drive.
Mark your calendar for Tuesday, November 20, 2018. With continued expansion into Lincoln, Warren and Montgomery Counties along with growth in St. Charles County No Hunger Holiday is expected to provide full Thanksgiving Day meals to more than 3,000 families. We are grateful to our agency partners, donors, vendors, volunteers and the army of individuals that help make No Hunger Holiday possible every year.
Every year No Holiday overtakes the Pezold Banquet and Meeting Center on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and turns the facility into a distribution center where more than 2,000 boxes are filled with everything that makes up a complete Thanksgiving meal for those in need.
Our volunteer spots are filling fast. If you are interested in taking part for any or all of the day on Tuesday Nov. 21, contact us today to see how you can help. Visit www.nohungerholiday.com for much more information.

5th Street Improvements Near Completion
If you haven't taken a stroll down Fifth Street to see the improvements coming along, you should! Improvements include curbs, sidewalks,
