Highway N Shared Use Path

HIGHWAY N SHARED USE PATH- Construction is underway, this project will provide a new (approximately 10 foot wide) pathway/sidewalk on the north side of Highway N from Mid Rivers Mall Drive to Mannino's Market. From their subdivision entrances, this pathway will offer Brittany Place, Timberwood Farms, FHC, and others a nice route into the Cottleville old town area and to the park. Upon completion, this stretch of new sidewalk will proudly display "Home of the Spartans/Cottleville" banners on the street lights. This project has been funded by the City of Cottleville and East-West Gateway grants. Construction should be complete in the spring.
New Subdivision Coming to Cottleville
Perhaps you've noticed a lot of grading happening at the corner of Dardenne Farms Dr. and Highway N.  Cottleville will be the home to a new subdivision called Cottleville Trails and will feature 3 different single family home developments within it, all on various sized lots, large and small.  The featured builders are Lombardo Homes of St. Louis and Fischer & Frichtel.  These builders have already built beautiful homes in Cottleville in the subdivisions of Miralago, Estates at Timberleaf and Estates at Patriot's Ridge.  Stop in to any of their display homes and check out their amazing, quality homes.
