Here we are in the month of November. Our 2016 Business Expo is in the books and many great connections were made! From our keynote speaker, Stew Leonard Jr., to the amazing food and treats at restaurant row, the response we have received from our attendees and vendors has been amazing! November also means that the elections are finally upon us! Regardless of who wins, one thing is certain; it's time to go to WORK! Let's come together and continue making Melville, the 110 Corridor and all of Long Island the very best it can be!
How do we do this? Get involved! Have your voice heard. Make a difference. We have a great slate of events scheduled for November beginning with our Business Resource Roundtable on the 15
th. Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci joins us on the 16
th for our Business Breakfast Series to recap the elections and what it means for us here on Long Island. On the 17
th our W.O.M.E.N.'s Group will be learning how to Stay Healthy through the Holidays. We cap off the month with our Business After Hours on the 29
th as we head into December for the "home stretch".
Your "prescription" for business success for the month of November and beyond is simple. Make time in your schedule, show up punctually, participate and build/cultivate relationships. Success doesn't come to you, it comes FROM you!
