Gates Healthcare Associates has been on quite a roll recently with several exciting announcements and activities, so it was nice to "get away" last month to the IACP conference in Washington, D.C.

I had the pleasure of delivering a presentation and also connecting with many of you to discuss the latest in our lives and our practices. The conference also gave the Gates Healthcare team the chance to highlight our new Gates 360� service for the first time.

Time Article Takes Advice from Gates

Gates Healthcare served as a source for a news story, published on Time magazine's website, about a Missouri proposal to build a state-run pharmacy to dispense lethal injection drugs.

Ernie Gates, president of the firm, noted the "significant commitment" that a state would have to make for such a facility that would produce only a few drugs for limited use.

"It's not just about building a room," Gates told Time. "You have to have a real understanding of what you hope to accomplish."
