This is my last message before the Mexico City Congress which will bring my year as President to an end. My Executive Committee and I have worked hard on matters which will modernise our Association so that it will occupy an important place in the world tourism industry.

The Agenda for the General Assembly which includes the annual reports and accounts, as well as the candidates for election, is available in the Members Area on the Sk�l International website.
Please note that no printed copies of the Agenda will be available in Mexico City, so please ensure that the voting delegate of your Club carries a printed copy of the Agenda with him/her.
The voting delegate for your Club should also collect the voting cards and ballot papers at the Credentials Desk located in the registration area at the Sheraton Maria Isabel.

"Start spreading the news..." that during the Mexico Sk�l World Congress we shall all have the opportunity to sing the "Canto a la Amistad Sk�l" (Song to Sk�l Friendship) composed by our late friend and devoted Sk�lleague Nestor Omar Testa. At the official Opening Ceremony, at the Get-Together, most probably at the Gala Dinner as well and in the evening at the bar.
Make sure you learn the lyrics and music before your arrive in Mexico City and let's sing together! We might have a competition for the best rendering!!!

The Sk�l International Executive Committee has decided to make a thorough revision on all the Legal Documents, in order to update and simplify them in accordance with the prevailing needs of our organisation.
The necessary amendments to the Statutes have been made and approved by the Executive Committee and are ready to be presented to the General Assembly in Mexico City for the approval.
