Transportation Committee Meets
Tuesday, November 14th, at 7 pm in the ECA Board Room

In This Issue
From Mr. Yontz
Principal

Dear ECA Families,

Nov. 14 is "World Diabetes Day
" and I have a special plan for this uniform day.
My family and I support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
Several ECA family members struggle with diabetes, including me.

Instead of another "Jeans Day," we will have a $1
 "Dress Like Mr. Yontz" Day,
to raise funds for the JDRF.
I usually wear khaki pants, blue shirt, sweater or tie.

DON'T FORGET THE GLASSES!

Our fundraisers support great causes.
Let's have fun supporting the Juvenile Diabetes research Foundation.

Thank you to the Elementary teachers and students for their great work on the
Elementary Veterans Day Program. I appreciate all of your hard work and I enjoyed introducing the Veterans.

Thanks to Mr. Mann and his American History class, Mrs. Willis, Mr. Colllins and his band class, the tech guys and everyone who helped put together our HS Veterans Day program.

Special thanks to our Veterans for your participation.
We appreciate your presence and we are grateful for your service to our Country!

Homecoming 2017
This year's winter formal is fast approaching! It will be held on December 16th at the Ohio Masonic Home! The dance will be the Emmanuel version of homecoming, however instead of football it will be the Saturday after the basketball "Alumni Night" game! Our homecoming will be formal - homecoming dresses. Even though our "homecoming" isn't until December, stores stop selling formal dresses in late October, so make sure to get your dresses early! This homecoming will also be a Sadie Hawkins, #hesaidyes, so ladies prepare to ask the fellas! Dress check dates will be Nov 29th, Dec 6th and Dec 13th (recheck only). Please click the links for more info:   ECA Homecoming Parent/Student Dress Check Information and Homecoming Dress Code 2017.  Please see Ari Glaser with any questions.
