ALUMNI ON THE MOVE

Ann (Antonette) Ayson, Leadership Navigation, Class of 2013,  has been promoted to 777 Interiors Engineering Senior Manager, Special Projects at The Boeing Company.

"The EDI Leadership Navigation Program has provided me with tools, information and a network to develop and understand my authentic leadership style and brand.  I have a deeper understanding of my cultural  influences, previous experiences and values. Having completed the Leadership Navigation Program recently, I have a renewed focus and drive to be an engaging leader who gets results because of trust and inclusion while maintaining a work-life balance. Thank you EDI program for such an enriching experience and connecting me with people...the speakers, EDI staff, coaches & leadership navigation participants."

Natasha Siores, Portland Leadership Discovery, Class of 2010,  has been promoted to Director, Regulatory Affairs & Revenue Requirement at PacifiCorp.

"The most important message that I picked up through EDI sessions and from my EDI mentors was that I needed to "get real" about deliberately managing my brand and my career.  I needed to overcome my natural aversion to self-promotion and staying out of the spotlight and instead become mindful of how my behaviors and communication style were being perceived by others.  It is no easy task to focus on the fact that your natural behaviors and beliefs may likely prevent you from getting what you want from your career.  But EDI helps you to recognize this and provides the tools and resources that you need to overcome your own barriers and leverage your natural skills to help you achieve a more rewarding personal and professional life.  A big thank you to my EDI family for giving me the boost I needed to take the next step in my career."
